Whether you are interested in a self training program either in our studio or your own gym/home, we can tailor make a session program for you built around your goals, needs and any current/past pathologies or injuries. Please call us on 8364 3004 to book in for an initial consultation.

What should I do prior to my session?

Ring us to book in for an initial consultation

We will then have 3-4 one on one sessions to teach you your exercises so you are able to execute the safely and correctly on your own

What should I bring for a Self Training session?

Comfortable tight fitting clothing

Socks

Water bottle

Towel

How long do the sessions go for?

Sessions range from 30 – 60 minutes
